ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Considering the fact that the petitioners have been specifically named in the F.I.R. for having committed rape on the informant and the same having been mentioned in the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
