Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this writ application with liberty to file a revision application against the impugned orders before the competent authority under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the petitioner filing a revision application.

This application is, therefore, disposed of as

Patna High Court CWJC No.6254 of 2023(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy in revision before competent authority within a period of 30 days from today. If the revision application is filed within a period of 30 days from today, the same will be considered on its own merit as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court under some bonafide beliefs.
