This application has been filed against the judgment and order dated 11.05.2017 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger in Maintenance Case No. 12 of 2016 by which an amount of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupess Three Thousand) has been fixed towards interim maintenance of opposite party no. 2. I have perused the impugned order by which maintenance has been fixed by the court below and found that the there is no illegality in the order.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
