At the very outset, it has been submitted that in this case the police after completion of investigation has submitted final form against the petitioners but after differing with the opinion of the police cognizance has been taken by the learned Court below resulting, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in this case.

The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that after completing investigation the petitioners were not sent up for trial. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35222 of 2017 (2) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.
