This modification application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to modify the order of this Court dated 13.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 44556 of 2017. The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 44556 of 2017 by which he was directed to surrender before the court below within six week from the date of order.

It has been submitted that petitioner had gone to earn their livelihood due to which he could not surrender before the court below within time and hence prays for further four weeks' time to surrender the petitioner before the court below. The order dated 13.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 44556

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7478 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 of 2017 is modified to the extent that further four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 13.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 44556 of 2017. This Modification application stands allowed.
