The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction in Appeal dated 14.6.2006 passed by the Additional Distt. and Sessions Judge, FTC, Khagaria, in Criminal Appeal No. 5 of 2004 by which the Appellant has been directed to execute a bond of Rs.3,000/- for a year.
