2. The D.G. cum I.G. of Police, Bihar, Patna
3. The D.I.G. of Police, Darbhanga Range, Darbhanga

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Purnendu Nr.Singh Mrs. Nirmala Kumari For the Respondent/s : Mr A.K.Keshri, AAG 11 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-08-2015 The actual height of the petitioner so indicated at the time of recruitment, which is said to be 165.8 cm, was not found to be correct at the time of actual measurement by the Board. A height of 165.8 cm cannot turn out to be 164.2 cm only. Obviously, the height of the petitioner was wrongly measured in the very first place with an object of giving him advantage of appointment for extraneous reasons. These appointments are long over. In fact, the posts have been filled up years ago. No case is made out for giving out a direction for re-measurement of the height of the petitioner now especially when the evidence is loaded against the petitioner as to his actual height.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7505 of 2008 dt.04-08-2015 2/2 Writ application is dismissed.
