ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-02-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 22.11.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51 of 2010 by which the Additional Sessions Judge F.T.C IV, Begusarai has refused to set aside the order dated 03.02.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2008(G.R. No. 3368 of 2008).

Considering that this is an application in the garb of under Section 482 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. The application stands rejected. However, the Court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party.
