Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that on robbery of motorcycle of the informant First Information Report was lodged against three unknown. During investigation, on the statement of coaccused Gulshan the name of the petitioner sprang up. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and petitioner has never been made accused in similar nature of offence.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56360 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 349 of 2015, pending in the court of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur. With this observation this application is disposed of.
