The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 524 of 2015 registered under Sections 420/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

While the informant had gone to withdraw money from State Bank A.T.M, located in Kanti Harijan Chowk, Muzaffarpur, in the meantime, three accused(s) persons including the petitioner starting manipulating him and took the ATM card with a view to assist him. But subsequently, he found a sum of Rs. 25,000/- was deducted from his account through the ATM which actually the informant had not withdrawn.

It has been stated that the parties have resolved the issue. If that be the case, let the petitioner surrender and pray for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36427 of 2016 (4) dt.06-12-2016 2/2 regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law.
