The Petitioner seeks revision of part of the order dated 19.6.2006 by which the FTC-V, Kaimur (Bhabha) in Sessions Trial No. 170 of 2004/177 of 2004 acquitted the private Opposite Parties and issued to the Petitioner under Section 250 Cr. P.C. Having gone through the facts of the case, part of the impugned order by which the Petitioner had been noticed under Section 250 Cr. P.C., is hereby, set aside.
The application stands allowed.
