The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the materials available on record it appears that there is case and counter case on account of land dispute. The case filed on behalf of the petitioners is earlier in time than the present case in which the petitioners are apprehending their arrest.

From perusal of the FIR it appears that omnibus allegation has been levelled against the accused persons. Having regard to the fact that there is land dispute and

No.7604 of 2018(2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 case and counter case and there is omnibus allegations against the petitioners as to have assaulted the informant's wife and considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
