The present appeal has been filed against the order dated 20.02.2021 arising out of Ramnagar P.S. Case No.98 of 2020 passed by the 7th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (POCSO), West Champaran, Bettiah, whereby the court has rejected the petition of the appellant and refused to send the case to the court of Juvenile Justice Board for determination of his juvenility.

Mr. Baxi S.R.P. Sinha, learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioner would place material before the court passing the impugned order to show that the petitioner has a legal right to claim the benefit of juvenility based on certificate
