Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 307, 353, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case was lodged in the year 2013 but near about after four years, the name of petitioner surfaced in supervision note and, accordingly, petitioner was made accused in the present case and was remanded in this case from another case on 30.11.2018. No doubt, petitioner does have some criminal antecedents but considering the aforesaid facts and
