This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Buxar Town P.S.Case No.512 of 2015/G.R.No.3207 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 326, 307, 120(b) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though allegation as per the F.I.R. is under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code but the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R., however, the informant in her statement made under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., which has been recorded one month after of the F.I.R., she has named this petitioner as the petitioner is the only person left in his family, who has not been made accused in this case. Having heard both sides. In view of the submission as advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.Case No.512 of 2015/G.R. No.3207 of 2015, with a condition that he will co-operate in the investigation of the case.
