2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 23.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 31979 of 2014.

3. At the very outset, learned Senior Counsel Mr. N.K. Agrawal has submitted that though the earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected, but he is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of prolonged incarceration, i.e., more than two years and nine months. He has further submitted that, while rejecting the bail application of the petitioner vide order dated 23.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31979 of 2024, it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Class, Chapra in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 224 of 2021, subject to the following conditions that the The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.

5. The petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed by the court and if he fails to do so even on a single date, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

6. Before accepting the bail bond, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if, it is found that he is involved in any other case except the case(s), mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, his bail bond shall not be accepted.
