The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 113 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 353, 307, 504, 506 and 186 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some stone pelting took place on a bus as one person who was traveling on the bus fell down and died. The allegation is against 50-60 unknown persons alongwith 5 named persons. The petitioner is said to be named in the first informant report and no specific role has been assigned to him.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the

No.41603 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S.
