JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 Relying upon the departmental order dated 6.6.2013 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance Department, the petitioner has submitted a representation claiming the payment of salary for the period 24.4.1993 to 30.6.1993. It is petitioner's complain that till date in spite of the claim having been admitted in terms of the departmental order dated 6.6.2013 salary has not been paid to the petitioner.

In view of the limited grievance, this Court would direct respondent No. 3 to consider petitioner's claim in light of the departmental order dated 6.6.2013 (Annexure 2 to the writ petition) and make payment of the due and admissible amount
