ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction in Appeal passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, F.T.C.3, Gaya, in Criminal Appeal No. 1 of 2006 by which he has affirmed the order dated 26.10.2005 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Forest Case No. 339 of 1992, Trial No. 345 of 2005.

Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference.

Hence, the revision application stands dismissed. However, considering the period of custody undergone by the Petitioner, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.
