The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment in Appeal dated 11.8.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C, Bhojpur at Arrah, in Criminal Appeal No. 64 of 2006. I find from the order sheet that the Petitioner's prayer for bail was dismissed as not having been pressed and, hence, it appears that the Petitioner has served out the sentence. In view of such, the revision application stands dismissed.
