The petitioners pray for anticipatory bail in connection with Chhaura Dano P.S. case no. 191 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 181 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in this case as that informant and others were demolishing the house of the petitioners which was protested by the petitioners.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari at East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano P.S. case no. 191 of 2015 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that petitioner will cooperate in the investigation of the case and also during the trial of the case.
