JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2019 This case has been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner . It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 22.05.2019, the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on bail, however, inadvertently, Sections 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, have not been mentioned in the said order, though the petitioner has mentioned about these two sections in his petition, as the later on added Sections. Perused the order, from which, it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner is correct in his submission. As such, let Sections 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code be treated to be inserted in paragraph - 2 of the order dated 22.05.2019.
