2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date a and time of occurrence when the informant Pappu Manjhila was going to his village by motorcycle bearing registration No. BR-02AA-3145, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons surrounded him near Panchavahini river and snatched his motorcycle and Rs., 5000/- and fled away towards village- Patti.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is named in the FIR. He next submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he snatched the the motorcycle of informant. The witnesses have supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
