JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/323/354B/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dayan Act.

Title Suit No.79 of 2016 is going on between the parties. In the aforesaid background the allegation is of commission of theft, assault, outrage of modesty as well as allegation of commission of witchcraft by the informant. The petitioners are families.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44882 of 2016 (3) dt.19-01-2017 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Supaul/Successor Court in connection with Supaul (Mahila) Police Station Case No.30 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
