2. Perused the record.

This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Cr.P.C.') has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 06.02.2014 passed in Complaint Case No.2042 of 2013 corresponding to Tr. No.2182 of 2014 by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada by which the petitioners have been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
4. Summoning order under Section 204 of the Cr.P.C. has been passed after perusing the statement of the complainant made on oath and the statements of the witnesses recorded under Section 202 of the Cr.P.C. in course of enquiry. The statement of the complainant and the statements of the witnesses examined in support of the complaint have not been brought on record. In absence of those
