ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-02-2016 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 13.06.2006 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Aurangabad in Case No. 1096 of 2013 declared the possession to O.P. No. 4 to 6 over the disputed land. Having considered that the proceedings is of the year 2003 under a provision which meant for emergent purposes only, I not inclined to interfere in the matter at this late stage. Accordingly, the application is disposed of with liberty to the parties to agitate their case before an appropriate forum.
