KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-06-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2265 of 2019 by which petitioner was directed to be released on bail after due verification of his criminal antecedents from the concerned S.P. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Superintendent of Police informed the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai that eight cases are pending against the petitioner. He submitted that due to lack of knowledge the Pairvikar of the petitioner who is his wife had no knowledge about other cases pending against the petitioner and there was no intentional and deliberate laches on the part of the petitioner.
