JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S.Case No. 189 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the father of informant and also threatening her and FIR shows that earlier informant has lodged a case against the petitioner and petitioner was threatening her to withdraw the case.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case is totally false and concocted and injuries are simple in nature.

In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3676 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 named, surrender within a period of six weeks on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District JudgeIII, Siwan, in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S.Case No. 189 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned,
(2) petitioner shall co-operate in investigation of the case and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled and (3) petitioner will not threat the informant and others and tamper with the evidence.
