Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under section 354(A),(B) & (D)/34 of the IPC on the allegation that he along with other accused persons tried to molest the victim, aged about 14 years, when she was returning from the market at 6 PM.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case as petitioner's father has also filed a case against the victim and her family.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the witnesses have also supported the allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons.

In the facts and circumstances of the case as well as in
