1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking

Patna High Court CWJC No.6231 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 2/3 the following relief(s):- "1(i) pass a direction to declare and recognize either of the dates of birth, as deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court, as the official date of birth of the Petitioner to enable the Petitioner to streamline all her government records.

(ii) quashing the Birth Certificate dated 16.11.2009 issued by the Registrar (BirthDeath), Patna Nagar Nigam and directing the Regional Passport Office, Patna to accept the Petitioner's date of birth as per the Petitioner's other available government records.

(iii) quashing of the Birth Certificate dated 23.12.2023 issued by Sub-Registrar (Birth & Death), New Capital Circle, Patna Municipal Corporation whereby the Petitioner's date of birth has been wrongly declared and recorded and setting asideLetter No.

CBSE/RO/PTN/M&M/INC 195/22/DOB/2023 dated 13.02.2023 issued by Assistant Secretary (M&M), Central Board of Secondary Education wherein the Petitioner's application for change of wrong date of birth has been rejected without appropriate consideration of the documents and facts brought on record by the Petitioner."
