JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 The present application has been filed for modification in the condition of anticipatory bail granted under order dated 01.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21102 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all family members are accused in the present case. Paragraph 4 at page 2 of the order dated 01.07.2017 may be modified to the extent that close relatives may be permitted to stand as a bailor. The attention of the Court is drawn to the statement made in paragraph 4.
Accordingly, the order dated 01.07.2017 passed in Cr.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37914 of 2017(2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 Misc. No. 21102 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 4 at page 2 of the said order in the last line, the words "shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners" shall be substituted by "shall be the own/close family members or relatives of the petitioners".
The order dated 01.07.2017 is modified to that extent only. The time period for their surrender in the Court below i.e. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 368 of 2016, granted under order dated 01.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21102 of 2017 is extended by three weeks from today.
