ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-04-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 02.06.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, FTC No.1, Sitamarhi, in Cr. Appeal No.04 of 2004/53 of 2004 whereby he has disposed off the appeal preferred against the judgment and order of conviction dated 13.01.2004 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sitamarhi, in G.R.No.1624 of 1993/Tr. No.596 of 2004. Having gone through the judgment impugned, I do not find any merit in the application.

However, in view of the period of custody undergone by the Petitioner, his sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.

In the result, the revision application is dismissed but

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.929 of 2006 dt.05-04-2016 2/2 with modification in sentence.
