2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "That this is an application for grant of a P.D.S. License in place of late grand-father Jagdish Singh of this petitioner whose license has been cancelled due to his suddend eath on 1908-1984."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has given his representation dated 30.12.2021 (Annexure-P-2) ventilating his grievance to the Respondent No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6822 of 2024(3) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 4 and a direction may be given to the Respondent No. 4 to dispose of the said representation.

4. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case having regard to the above mentioned facts, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider the said representation of the petitioner on merits and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law.

5. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation made by the petitioner.

6. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
