27-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 13, submits that ofcourse, in compliance with the order of the writ court, the Director, Secondary Education has passed order on 14th January, 2015, which has been brought on record as Annexure 'C' to the supplementary show cause of opposite party no. 2, there are apparent errors in the same and accordingly, he makes a prayer for disposal of the petition with an indication that if the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.6462 of 2012 (7) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 feels aggrieved with the order of the Director, Secondary Education (Annexure 'C'), he would be at liberty to assail the same in appropriate proceeding.

The prayer is allowed.
