Learned counsel for the petitioner wants time to seek instruction in this regard.

Be that as it may, the amount as admitted by the B.S.N.L. has already been paid to the petitioner. If the petitioner disputes the same, he has remedy to approach the respondent authority concerned for the redressal of his grievance. This contempt application is dismissed.
