JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction or a writ in the nature of a Mandamus directing the Respondents not to construct boundary wall in front of Sonpur Police Station boundary and Block No. 121 in east side and further direct them to resolve the problem between the petitioners and a large number of persons living in the eastern side regarding rasta/ passage between the said Block."

Patna High Court CWJC No.18205 of 2015(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
