In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions directing the respondent authorities to restore the electricity supply in the house of the petitioner who is bonafide consumer of the respondents having Account No. SHKSK/DS/2750 and Consumer No.

2380031396 as the electricity supply of the petitioner has been disconnected on the ground of non-payment of the dues amount of Rs. 82,644/- and/or for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in course of hearing of this writ application."

3. The petitioner has remedy of appeal before the appellate authority- Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is stated to have deposited 50% dues. In such an event, the concerned authority is hereby directed to restore the electricity to the petitioner's residence. Such restoration shall be subject to filing of appeal before the appellate authority.

5. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
