Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at the outset, submits that in view of the stand taken by the State in the counter-affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the instant writ application stands redressed, however the petitioner be given liberty to file a suit for seeking further relief in the case and thereafter seeks permission to withdraw the writ application. 3.
