JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being brothers of the husband of the complainant are apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
The basic accusation is of torture. It is alleged that the petitioners made attempt to cause burn injury to the complainant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the complainant. No injury has been caused to the complainant though no statement to that effect has been made in the petition.

No.43519 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. 933 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
