In the present case, the petitioner is claiming that his representation be disposed of, but Annexure-1 of this writ application reflects that he has filed an appeal before the Deputy Inspector General of Rail Police against the order passed by the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, Ara, who is not the competent authority.

Let the petitioner file an appeal before the appropriate authority, who will consider the same in accordance with law. If any limitation petition is filed along with the appeal,
