Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections-341, 323, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that while the informant with a friend proceeded towards his house, the petitioner along with three others took away the informant towards Bana Bigha Pul (bridge) and assaulted him. It is also alleged that gold ring and cash Rs. 15,000/- was snatched away from the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no

The alleged occurrence is said to have been taken place for a petty reason. All the offences are triable by Magistrate. Except Section-379 of the Indian Penal Code, all the offences are bailable.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section-438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V.//- U T
