The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 for the office registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 387, 504, 506 and 31 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the First Information Report, the petitioner is said to have inflicted lathi blow on the informant, namely, Upendra Rai. However, no external injury has been found on the said informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the
