1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to GP-16 for the State.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the details of the land have been specifically pleaded at Para-4 of the writ application. It is next submitted that the writ application has been filed for a direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.6788 of 2025(2) dt.26-06-2025 2/3 upon the respondent authorities not to plant trees on the raiyati land of the petitioners as described at Para-4 of the writ application.

It is further submitted that petitioners represented before the District Magistrate, Buxar, Divisional Forest Officer, Buxar and the Circle Officer, Chakki by their representation dated 19.03.2025 and 20.03.2025 as contained in Annexure- P/4 series bringing to their notice the grievance of the petitioners as raised in the instant writ application, but then no action till date has been taken.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the writ application can be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh representation to the Collector, Buxar raising their grievance for redressal.

5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a representation before the Collector, Buxar on or before 04.07.2025 detailing the facts as raised in the instant writ application for redressal of their grievance.

6. It is made clear that in the event if the petitioners file any application on or before 04.07.2025, in that event, the Collector, Buxar shall consider and dispose of the same within
