1. No one appears for the petitioners.

2. The matter relates to the selection conducted under the advertisement of 2004 for the post of Constable. The petitioner claims right of appointments against the left over vacancy under the said advertisement.

3. After almost 18 years no such relief can be granted to the petitioners as selection process can not be continued for

Patna High Court CWJC No.18476 of 2013(2) dt.19-01-2023 2/2 such a long period. The writ petition by efflux of time has become infructuous.
