JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition, though the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is printed in the daily cause list.

However, the learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.5 have submitted that the claim of preemption raised on behalf of the petitioner was rejected by the original authority which has been affirmed by the revisional authority by the impugned revisional order as contained in Annexure-3. Therefore, according to them, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed by this Court.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
