JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail statutory remedy by way of appeal under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, 'SARFAESI Act')

2. Permission is accorded. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
