The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation against the petitioner is of causing firearm injury to the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 03.09.2015 at 11.00 P.M. the FIR has been registered on 04.09.2015 on 2.00 P.M. and there is no accusation of repeating the shot.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.54895 of 2015 (2) dt.04-12-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
