KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 05-11-2020 Appellant-petitioner has preferred this appeal against the order dated 29.5.2020 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in CWJC No. 6082 of 2020, titled as Keshaw Prasad Verma vs. The State of Bihar & others, dismissing the writ petition with cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the appellant-petitioner fairly states that appellant-petitioner be permitted to challenge the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bagaha, West Champaran, before the appellate authority.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.268 of 2020 dt.05-11-2020 2/2 Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

In the attending circumstances also, for the reasons orally explained, we modify the impugned order dated 29.05.2020 to the extent that petitioner is exempted from paying cost of Rs.5,000/-.
