The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 466 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307, 341, 323, 295A and 151A of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the petitioners along with others accused persons numbering 500-600 were making communal slogan and obstructed discharging official duty by the Police Personnel and further pelted stones on the members of another community.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further submission is that similarly situated co-

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 466 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shail/- U T
