Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2021 lodged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the I.P.C.
As per the prosecution case, the allegation is against the petitioner being Chairman of the Bank and against the Manager of the Bank that they have not paid the deposited money of the informant and in the same manner, the money of 1100 persons have not been paid.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that he has won the Election of Chairman, later on it has

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he is ready to pay Rs. 30,022/- to the informant as he is in need of marriage of his daughter. It has been accepted by his counsel that within 30 days from the date of release, he shall pay the said amount Rs. 30,022/- to the informant.
Learned counsel for the State submits that interim bail may be granted and his bail may be directed to be affirmed only after payment to the informant.
In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted interim bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties. His bail bond shall be confirmed only after receiving of the payment of Rs. 30,022/- through bank instrument in favour of the informant. Court shall assure that the receiving shall be made to the informant in this case. Such payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of release. If payment shall not be made, his interim bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled after lapse of 30 days from release.
With this observation, the bail application stands disposed off.
